Buying a Home
I can help you find your Dream Home!
Yes, you can search for a home without me or any Realtor. But if you go to Zillow, Trulia, or a number of online property sites, you probably won't get listing information as quickly or as accurately as what I can provide.
Here's how you can get the latest property information and as quickly as it is available online. The Denver Metro MLS has a property search feature called a "Client Portal". It works like this:
1. I enter the search criteria you give me (Price range, location, style of home, number of bedrooms, baths, preferred schools, etc.). You can even specify a particular area that can be drawn on a map.
2. I enter your email address so the MLS can send you an auto-email whenever a new listing comes on the market or changes status.
3. I set it up to send the emails either: immediately when listed; or once a day; or weekly; or other frequencies you desire.
4. You get the email, click on the link to the new listing (or to all listings that are in your search parameters) and if you want to see it, you call or email me to set the showing.
